The following information represents the project roadmap, which is calculated based on the current size of the team and is subject to change as the team expands, allowing for faster delivery of content.

2019

• Creation of the team.

• Start Hexarchia gameplay conceptualization and design.

• 6-months incubation in the Incubatore Universitario Fiorentino, sponsored by the University of Florence (Italy). Winners of the program, were awarded the prize for best Start up idea in January 2020.

2020

• Start of Hexarchia development.

• Admitted to Startup Success Acceleration Program from Federmanager Italia, the leading Association of Business Executives in Italy.

• Finalists of the Premio Nazionale per l’Innovazione, Italy's most important competition dedicated to startups.

2021

Q1-2021 to Q3-2021

• Establishment of Overdroid LLC.

• Development of game modes (1v1 & 3 FFA).

• Development of the first set of Warlords, the Exodus Warlords.

• Development and distribution to the community of the first set of equipment NFTs, the Genesis Set.

• Presentation of the Hexarchia at Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) in Paris.

Q4-2021

• Warlords NFT pre-sale & public sale.

• Hexarchia Closed Alpha release (Premium members only).

• Start of Hexarchia Olympics events.

2022

• Hexarchia tokenomics release.

• Website revamp and full integration with blockchain.

• Test Play-to-Earn mechanics.
